Fourteen-year-old Zang lives in a digital lethargy until a blackout and a meeting with the mysterious Tommy reveal a chilling truth: the Corporation is replacing humans with flawless androids. Zang adopts a male alter ego, Kenny, to join the radical group known as the "Lost Boys." Disguised as a boy, she joins them in a guerrilla war against the machines. Upon discovering her own mother has been replaced, Zang triggers a total network shutdown. This "offline" freedom comes at a horrific cost—a digital genocide of all uploaded souls. Yet, amidst the darkness, a glitch of hope remains: her mother’s voice calls out from the cloud, pleading for help.
