A group of liberal activists begins a war against the "desolates," which permeates both the online and offline worlds, revealing how ordinary people on both sides are becoming radicals.
The observational documentary follows the clash between liberal activists and Czech “desolates” who are gradually radicalized in the name of defending democracy and the nation. Through their personal stories, it reveals how social polarization, fear, manipulation, and a sense of threat turn neighbors into enemies, and asks the question where legitimate civil resistance ends and dangerous extremism begins.
