This year's CineLink Industry Days at Sarajevo Film Festival (14–21 August) is presenting Spotlight on the Czech Republic, organized in partnership with the Czech Film Center, the international division of the Czech Audiovisual Fund. Furthermore, Ji.hlava IDFF continues its collaboration on the Docu Talents from the East showcase while HBO and the Institute of Documentary Film award prizes to selected projects in the Docu Rough Cut Boutique program. Lastly, two feature films with Czech involvement also made it to the official selection.
Bringing together leading professionals from the Czech film and television industries, as well as representatives of the Karlovy Vary IFF, the delegation will take part in CineLink Industry Days’ programme of curated one-to-one meetings, networking events and co-production forums. Throughout the week, the delegation will connect with international industry professionals, building new partnerships and strengthening creative and business ties between Czechia and the wider regional and international film community.

The presentation of upcoming documentary films from Central and Eastern Europe, organised by the Ji.hlava International Documentary Film Festival, gives floor to 7 new feature-length creative documentary projects, in production or post-production. Czech Republic is represented in the selection by Love Exposed by Filip Remunda.

For 14 years now, the Sarajevo Film Festival has been partnering with HBO to award a cash prize of EUR 2,000 to a selected project in the program Docu Rough Cut Boutique.
In addition, the Institute of Documentary Film grants the winning film inclusion in the East Doc Caravan, IDF's curated festival distribution initiative for outstanding documentary films from Central and Eastern Europe. The selected film will receive tailored festival strategy support, submissions to relevant international festivals, and promotion through the East Doc Caravan network and its online video library, helping maximise its international festival exposure.

The Adriatic Audience competition section offers two films with Czech involvement: Karlovy Vary-premiered drama Only Beautiful Things to Look At (Slovakia, Czech Republic, Hungary) directed by Ivan Ostrochovský, and Made in EU (Bulgaria, Germany, Czech Republic) directed by Stefan Komandarev, both co-produced on the Czech side by Negativ.
