Teacher Majer (Tomáš Magnusek) is lured by his friend (Zdeněk Godla) to an old farmhouse, where a hitman (Sensey) — hired by the last surviving member of the Dostál family (Jiří Krampol) — is waiting for him. Meanwhile, everyone is waiting for Majer at the newly opened school, which he is supposed to manage. All of his former students wait in vain for Majer; he never arrives. No one understands what has happened or, more importantly, where is the man on whom they are now completely dependent — each for a different reason. They begin to fear that something has happened to Majer, so the four “bravest” among them decide to go find him. They enlist the help of Attila (Júilus Oračko), a Romani globetrotter, as their guide, and thus begins the wild ride of this motley crew that has never ventured farther than the shopping district just outside the city where they live. They search for Majer in places he had some connection with. Traveling in a van emblazoned with “Gde Majer?”, they find themselves in crazy situations and try to work together. They set a hotel on fire, sink the van, get arrested by the police, get into a fight, and lose all their money — but they’re still clear on one thing: they have to find Majer.
